At the moment, we offer two payment options - PayPal and Cash (for local pickup by appointment). Unfortunately, we don't accept any other payment methods right now.

If you choose PayPal, your order will be shipped via Posti within Finland or DHL for international delivery.

You'll receive our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy along with your order confirmation. If you'd like to read them beforehand, feel free to contact us at symphonyofviews@gmail.com - we'll be happy to send them directly.

All orders paid through PayPal are shipped safely with Posti (for domestic orders) or DHL (for global shipping). Delivery times depend on your location, and we'll send you tracking details once your package is on its way. If you choose local pickup, we'll arrange a time with you personally.

Because most of our products and services are custom-made or digital, we unfortunately can't accept returns once the order has been completed or delivered.

If your order arrives damaged or something doesn't match what was agreed, please reach out to us at symphonyofviews@gmail.com, and we'll find a solution together !

If your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting us within 24 hours of purchase.

Once the order has been shipped or delivered digitally, cancellations are no longer possible.
